A Birthday Fit for a Princess

Our sweet Lucy Mills turned 2 in August and we celebrated with a Princess themed birthday bash.
As her little friends arrived, Princess coloring books and markers awaited them.  As well as bracelets, crowns, and wands.
Amongst the maidens there were a few crowned Princes partaking in the birthday fun.
Lucy Mills greeted Prince William {hehe} with a hug and kiss.
Princesses Callie and Isabel were just as sweet as sugar.
Aunt Tutu brought the cutest party decorations.
I am trying to talk her into a new career path - Aunt Tutu's Party Planning. Can you see it?
She supervised the game Pin the Lips on the Frog. ( Much cuter than the tail on the donkey, yes? )
Before I passed out the stickers, Lucy Mills thought she had to pin her actual lips on the frog.
Then she was so proud of herself for getting the lips on the frog.
Miss Mason gave the game her best shot too.
Now the girls are just waiting for their real frog prince to arrive.
After the game, the children were eyeing the cake so we sang Happy Birthday to our princess and dove into the pink, sugary sweetness.
But first Daddy offered up a prayer of thankfulness for the life of our Lucy Mills.
The birthday girl couldn't get enough cake and ice cream.
Or enough of her boyfriend William.
The night before the party, Travis and I put together a pink castle tent.  I think Daddy had as much fun playing in it as the kiddos.
After the party-goers left, we let Lucy Mills open some presents from family.
What a lucky little princess to get such nice gifts.
Thank you to all of our friends and family that came to celebrate our sweet girl's special day.  Lucy Mills, you have brought so much joy to all of our lives these past two years. How irreplaceable you are my love.
