Everyday Lucy Mills asks Travis to "pay ga?" (play guitar)

She loves to sing and dance for her daddy.  Sometimes she crawls up in his lap to strum along with him.  Other times, well, she just can't contain her dance moves.

Story Time

For almost a year now Lucy Mills and I have enjoyed attending a weekly story time at our local library. 

 My little book worm loves to hear the stories each week and then look at some new books.  During the class we also sing songs, play with puppets, and participate with instruments.  It's a great activity for these little ones! 

The children are supposed to sit in their mother's laps during the class, but my Lucy Mills would rather be front and center to make sure she doesn't miss out on anything!

Lately, McClain has been enjoying story time too. 

Lucy Mills' boyfriend, William, is also in our class.  Isn't he a cutie? 

{His mommy Leah and I were pregnant at the same time with these two.  Ever since they were in our bellies we declared them boyfriend & girlfriend.  William even gave Lucy Mills her first kiss. . . we are going to have to keep our eyes on these two!}

When she is not front and center in the class, she does sit down and listen to the story.  Well at least most of it. 

Sometimes she gets a little tired.

But as soon as Mrs. Patti brings out the basket of books,

 she lights up again. 

And she reads . . .

and reads.

Maybe she will be an English major like her mama?  

Maggie is so funny!

And don't worry, Maggie is not nearly as ferocious as she sounds here :)
